The article examines some aspects of providing psychiatric aid for a person in compulsory order according to the civil procedural legislation Ukraine. In particular, current legal norms, which regulate procedure conducting examination, outpatient care, and hospitalization care facility event that does not gives his informed consent this, are analyzed.An analysis proposed legislative initiatives this direction was also carried out, based on relevance issue ensuring rights persons with signs mental disorders.
